SPORTS MASSAGE
Looking to address a specific soft tissue injury (muscles, tendons, and ligaments) or release patterns of tension then this is the treatment for you. Unlike the name suggests, sports massage is NOT just for athletes and it doesn’t have to hurt, more importantly, it can benefit EVERYONE! Treatments are aimed at getting you moving again as pain-free as possible. Sports Massage/ Soft Tissue Therapy is beneficial before or after a sporting event. It can also be used as part of your regular wellness routine so you can keep doing the activities you enjoy.​

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
This massage therapy will ease out tension deep in the muscles. From stiff shoulders to tight calves, the slow but strong techniques can leave you feeling that sense of relief which comes from finally releasing the knots and aches that have built up over time.

Anna is also trained in dry needling and cupping which can be a very beneficial add on to treatment. Just ask at the beginning of your session.

Sports / Deep Tissue Massage - 60 minutes

The perfect introduction to newcomers or those who want a nurturing and relaxing treatment to let go of stress.

This classic relaxation massage uses kneading and stroking techniques to squeeze and rub away tension caused by everyday life. Pressure can be varied to suit your needs.

Relaxation Massage - 60 minutes 

​Suitable from your 2nd trimester (or after your 12 week scan) until 40 weeks and beyond.

A full body pregnancy massage is conducted by lying on your side with enough supports to make you feel comfortable and supported. We understand that comfort is key for maximum relaxation! A deeply relaxing and remedial massage to lengthen and stretch your muscles, addressing any painful or troublesome areas. Once you reach full term, labour inducing acupressure points can also be used.  
Massage really is a must during pregnancy and can help with common issues such as:
- wrist pain
- rib pain
- pelvic pain
- buttock/hip pain
- swollen legs/feet/ankles

​Sleep is encouraged during a massage and often happens!

Suitable from 2 weeks after giving birth and designed to support and nurture new mums. 
During the first weeks to 3 months post partum mums go through many emotional and physical changes and may still experience pain, tenderness, soreness and stress as a result of the birthing journey. This early phase is a critical time for recovery, and massage can help with:
- muscular strain from labour
- reducing neck and shoulder tension from breastfeeding
- gentle reconnection of the abdominal muscles
- minimising pelvic girdle pain
- reducing oedema to legs
- elevating mood​

Anna is also trained in C Section scar work. This can be from 6 weeks post partum.

Treatments can include Abdominal Visceral Mobilisation. This involves careful assessment, gentle palpation, and manual therapy to release tension in the connective tissues surrounding the abdominal organs affected by pregnancy and women's health issues.
