Hi Polly, I’m sorry that you were disappointed with your treatment. It is a 60 minute treatment (30 minute back massage 30 minute facial). the booked is 1hr 10 minutes to give us enough time to hygienically clean our rooms  and equipment down ready for the next client. We generally run back to back appointments so if we did not have this extra time on the bookings we would run significantly late throughout the day. Again my apologises that this was not made clear and we will update the treatment description to ensure this is clear and avoid any future disappointment.

Lovely relaxing time out Georgia was lovely, however I was slightly disappointed to be cut short. I thought the session was 1hr 10mins, but only lasted about 50mins.
