The Warriors Edge

Restore & Perform is a specialised Holistic Sports/Remedial Massage which aims to get your body (and mind) feeling great, moving better and in less pain (and aids in the recovery and prevention of injuries). This is great for any sports / exercise enthusiast or busy professional with an achy back and poor posture. Your booking time includes any paperwork, postural, movement and any other assessments that assists in creating a strategic and functional treatment plan.

This is a BESPOKE bodywork treatment for anyone who wishes for a better moving and functioning body, or to help prevent or recover from injuries.  And is particularly loved by both executives and athletes for it's restorative and performance benefits.  Your wellbeing is at the centre of my practice, so even with this type of massage, your treatment can also help with stress, anxiety and just feeling brighter!

Restore & Perform

Glow Is a Super Special Facial Lift, Cleanse & Massage treatment. An ultra relaxing facial rejuvenation massage with deep relaxation aiming to create facial calm, cell renewal and refine lines - which gives anti fatigue, lifting and aging benefits! Booking time includes any necessary paperwork, assessments and set up time.

Using zone therapy, lymphatic drainage and blissful massage modalities, you literally melt away stress from the face, looking younger often in just one treatment, whilst also having a positive effect on the rest of the body. We complete this treatment with a quiet 5 minutes relaxation.

We use luxury Neal's Yard Remedies Organics products, Organic oils, Sound and Smell to send you into facial massage heaven.

You can often see the time turning back in just one treatment on your skin, however, the magic really happens when you have 3 - 5 treatments as a course.​

Glow

Relax Is A Blissful Holistic Massage blend of Swedish and Deep Tissue style massage that you would find in Perform & Restore, but with a holistic flow to create tension release and deep relaxation, rather than a specific area being treated for performance, prevention or postural realignment. This treatment also has a touch of breathwork and sound to treat the 'whole' of you. With this treatment you will find deep rejuvenation, relaxation and restoration. Booking and Payment is for your initial consultation and programme deposit, all programmes run for 12 weeks.

ONLINE Holistic Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching

A one to one Pilates experience aimed to improve overall wellbeing, increase mobility and improve back health.  Master the basics, that will elevate your practice and get faster and more improved results!

You will receive a 3 - 6 week programme (with weekly online support) and in person Nourish & Glow Pilates session (including bonus videos where needed) to ensure you can follow the programme we design.

A 30 minute experience for you to decompress, and find peace and tranquility at the END of any treatment.  This add on includes a lower leg and foot massage and deep relaxation walkthrough with energy healing.
