Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that can be used to dissolve or break down dermal fillers that are composed of hyaluronic acid. When injected into the area where the filler was previously placed, hyaluronidase enzymatically breaks down the hyaluronic acid molecules, causing the filler to be gradually absorbed by the body. This process helps to reverse the effects of the filler and can be useful in cases where there is dissatisfaction with the results, complications, or uneven distribution of the filler.

Dermaplaning is a procedure where we use a medical scalpel to exfoliate the skin to help get rid of dirt and vellus hair (as known as baby hair/peach fuzz).

Lip Filler Dissolving Procedure

1. A consultation is first and the beauty practitioner will assess your lips and discuss your concerns. Understanding the reasons for dissolving the filler is essential, and the beauty practitioner will ensure you are a suitable candidate for the procedure.

2. The area around the lips will be cleaned. A topical numbing cream will be applied to minimize discomfort during the injection.

3. Hyaluronidase will be injected into the lip area where the filler is present. This enzyme effectively breaks down hyaluronic acid, the primary ingredient in most lip fillers.

Builder gel infills are maintenance procedures performed on gel nail extensions to maintain their appearance and structural integrity as the natural nails grow. Over time, as the natural nails underneath the gel extensions grow, a gap appears between the cuticle and the gel. Infills are usually done every 2-3weeks 

 Builder gel infills involve the following steps:

1. Preparation: The nails are cleansed, and any old gel polish or nail art is gently removed.

2. Filing and shaping the existing gel extensions to maintain the desired length and shape.

3. Builder gel is then applied to the regrowth area, filling in the gap between the cuticle and the existing gel extension. The builder gel is carefully sculpted and blended to ensure a seamless transition.

4. The nails are cured under a LED lamp to harden the builder gel/ gel extension

5. After curing, the nails are filed, buffed, and shaped to create a smooth uniform surface followed by nail art if desired. 

Infill Gel Extensions 

Builder gel/ gel extensions is a type of gel used in nail enhancements, particularly in gel nail extensions or overlays. It is a thicker, self-leveling gel that is applied to the nail to build and shape an extension or to reinforce and strengthen natural nails. Builder gel/ gel extensions is typically more viscous than regular gel polish and is designed to create structure and thickness. It can be sculpted and shaped to achieve the desired nail length and shape before being cured under a UV or LED lamp. Builder gel is known for its durability and ability to create a solid foundation for long-lasting nail extensions.
