Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that helps to ease and clear stagnant or blocked energy. It is known to have helped heal physical  ailments, promote good sleep, ease stress and anxiety, restore you to a state of balance and much more.

Reiki 

Once a month I will be holding a Chakra Balancing session in St Erconwalds church hall.
Each month we focus on a different chakra (energy centre).
You will be guided through gentle movement, mudra meditation, self massage routine, breathing techniques and a relaxing meditation to help balance the chakra.
We will use oracle cards during a break to help us think about life’s situations.
