I use expert techniques, including gentle stretching of the skin, raking, cross-fiber friction, etc. to stimulate the movement of lymph, reduce swelling/bruising, shorten recovery time, reduce pain, and prevent fibrosis. Lymph vessels filter waste & aid the immune system.

Reliving tense muscles in the face, head, and neck is essential to looking younger. So why the tight face? Because your facial, head, and neck muscles are so tight and neglected, they’re pulling on the skin causing fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin. To massage, I use a light and luxurious anti-aging face oil that promotes collagen production, brings back elasticity, and reduces fine lines. I finish with a cold jade stone on the face to reduce puffiness and swelling, especially after the vigorous massage. I recommend 2-4 times a month.
