Extra Services

Behaviour charge can be added if the dog is a bite risk or a very difficult groom, due to nervousness or aggression, this extra charge allows me to book out extra time from diary to allow each dog the time they need to minimise stress and create a positive experience with the grooming process

If owner is late for collection, £5 for every 15 minutes

2 alive fleas are found charge is added, this is because the dog will be washed in flea shampoo and the salon has to be flea treated, this is why we apply the charge

If there is more than 5 ticks we will refer you to the go to a vet.
