I am a Integrative Massage Therapist and Energy Worker. 
Back in the mid 90's I found a deep passion in natural healing when I discovered the powerful effects of Essential Oils. From there I went on to study Aromatherapy and Remedial Massage in 2000 and have never stopped learning since, studying modalities including Reiki, Shiatsu and Cranio-sacral, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi. During a treatment session, I work with the body, mind and spirit, intuitively drawing from the healing therapies and techniques I have cultivated over the past 24 years.

During your Holistic Remedial Massage you will experience a flowing mix of remedial and relaxation techniques. 
With a full 90 minutes, this deep full body, therapeutic massage includes hands, feet and scalp massage without me needing to rush over any spots. It includes all the luxurious extras like essential oils, hot towels and rocks.
Over my 20+ years of healing work I have learned many different techniques and blend some of my favourites,  including shiatsu and cranio-sacral into your treatment. I work not just with your muscles, but your body's energy as well.
I always try to meet you where you are comfortable, finding a pressure that suits you, creating a blissful balance of releasing your tight muscles and leaving you in a state of deep relaxation.

Holistic Remedial Massage 

One of my passions and areas of expertise is helping women through this wonderful time in their lives where there are many changes, physically and emotionally. 
When you come for a pregnancy massage with me you will be fully supported and cared for. With my remedial background and holistic approach, you will experience a healing treatment with all the extra added touches of hot rocks and towels and beautiful essential oils suited for the right stage of your pregnancy.

Heartworks Lomi Lomi is a full body Hawaiian Healing Massage that brings the body into balance, by harmonising the heart, body, mind and spirit. It is a very nurturing, powerful and detoxifying massage that works by cleansing the lymphatic system, soothing the mind, relieving muscle tension and clearing the meridian lines in the body. Lomi Lomi is also known as a heart opening and spiritual healing massage, that is potentially life changing.
Please allow and extra half an hour on top of your session time.

I have carefully blended together aspects of the modalities I have learnt over the past 20+ years into a flowing and deeply relaxing massage, working not just with the muscles but the body's energy as well.
Your full body session will include cranio-sacral techniques, hand & foot reflexology, scalp massage as well as the luxurious extras of essential oils, hot towels and rocks mixed in.  
I always try to meet you where you are comfortable, finding a pressure that suits you (relaxation massage can still be firm and deep if that's what you prefer), creating a blissful balance of releasing stress and tension in your body and leaving you in a state of deep relaxation.

Cocosugar Scrub & Massage

Experience the ultimate healing experience for your feet and leave feeling like you are walking on clouds. I start with a detoxifying warm foot bath with essential oils, which is then followed by an invigorating coco sugar scrub to enliven your circulation and lymphatic system leaving your skin feeling soft and hydrated, then drift away with a deeply relaxing reflexology session to ground and relax you. Reflexology uses acupressure techniques that stimulate healing for your whole body.
