Susie did a great job deknotting  my left shoulder/neck and relieved the tension on the lower back and left buttock. Following a full assessment / discussion on areas of concern we will work together on active and passive joint movements. Then we move into a relaxation massage, this gives the fascia and muscles the opportunity to relax allowing a deeper tissue massage with trigger point therapy to follow, with focus on release and relief.
An hour will allow time to treat one body area

Deep Tissue Massage

Remedial massage aims to alleviate the pain from specific problems, for example:
 Shoulder pain, lower back pain, Plantar Fasciitis, Sciatica, Carpel tunnel, TMJ, aiding the healing process
This treatment includes relaxation techniques to allow your body to relax followed by specific area  deeper tissue massage. Trigger point therapy is applied if required

Massage whilst pregnant gives you the time to relax and connect with your body and baby.
It helps to relieve tired muscles, assist in reducing swelling in the lower limbs and give you time to be pampered.

Post Natal massage focuses on the muscles used whilst looking after bub- while you focus on your baby take an hour out to let us focus together on you - how your body is feeling, moving, tensing and tiring and designing a massage program to help you
