Having a course of 6 treatments for menopausal symptoms is important for several reasons. Firstly, menopause is a complex physiological process that affects the body in various ways. It takes time for the body to respond to the therapeutic effects of massage, and a single session may not provide sufficient relief or address all the symptoms. By having a course of 6 treatments, the body has the opportunity to gradually adjust and respond to the massage therapy, leading to more effective and long-lasting results.
Secondly, menopausal symptoms can vary in intensity and duration for each individual. Some women may experience mild symptoms that can be alleviated with just a few sessions, while others may have more severe and persistent.
