A one on one class in clinic to teach you proven techniques for the relief of colic symptoms, certified by Infant Massage Information Service. I massage a doll alongside you massaging your baby. 

Colic Relief - 30 minutes

Would you like to learn some ways to help bub's sleep, digestion, and develop your beautiful bond with your baby, but in a one on one setting?

Whether you're expecting (in which case we'll use a doll) or you're already in the trenches of parenthood - this course runs in two sessions in clinic, and condenses what's usually four group classes, into two. Each session can be booked independent of the other, at $100 per session.

Learn how to massage your little one, the benefits of it, and give you the confidence to further bond with your baby through their childhood.

This also runs as a four class option in small groups, please get in touch for upcoming dates, or to request a class!

We allow 90 minutes for this session, so there's no rush.
