Mind blowing  a completely life changing experience . I  feel iv been reprogram.. a new script writen . I am now the person iv all ways wanted to be .  No more depression.  Up and down mood swings . Craniosacral Therapy for children aged 13-17

For new mums /dads/partners and baby to integrate the birth story and also release any difficult experiences that may have occurred . Baby might have colic , reflux or be generally unsettled. All of this can be acknowledged and released in a  session.

Babies can need more than one session (sometimes more than two) to help them tell their birth stories so these follow on appointments can help complete the treatment in order to create lasting change.

Craniosacral Therapy provides students  and young adults starting out  in life with a holistic approach to self-care, addressing both physical and emotional aspects of well-being. 


Craniosacral for students and young adults 18-23

Enjoy a wonderful hour of relaxation, while melting away any stress in the body so that baby is enjoying a beautiful calm environment and connection with mum. It also helps get the body ready for labour so a few sessions are recommended in the lead up to the birth. 

Pregnancy Craniosacral Therapy

In this first session, I take a history and base the treatment on the information received. During a session, I use  gentle touch to detect and correct imbalances or restrictions in the craniosacral rhythm, which is believed to reflect the overall health of the central nervous system. This therapy aims to alleviate pain, improve mobility, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being by promoting the body's natural ability to self-heal.
