The ancient art of acupuncture is many thousands of years old. Careful activation of the body's energy (qi) through the use of needles, draws energy and healing to wherever the body is most in need. 

Deeply relaxing and wonderfully effective, acupuncture can assist with a range of concerns - anxiety and addictive behaviours, hot flushes and period pains, lethargy and brain fog, to name a few.

Acupuncture

The ancient art of acupuncture is combined with the relaxing and centering treatment of reflexology massage. 

Careful activation of the body's energy (qi) through the use of needles (in this treatment, on the upper body), allows your system to draw upon its natural resources to bring healing and balance. This is then combined with exfoliation, massage and reflexology of the feet.

Careful activation of the body's energy (qi) through the use of needles (in this treatment, on the lower body), allows your system to draw upon its natural resources to bring healing and balance. This is then combined with massage of the scalp, face, neck and shoulders which supports the nervous system and assists the lymphatics.

Acupuncture/Cranial Massage Combination 

The ancient art of reflexology maps the body, and your state of health, through the feet. 

Your feet will also be warmed and exfoliated with a lemon and sea salt scrub prior to the commencement of the treatment. 

Differing approaches can then be taken, from relaxation and wellness, to a more focused session which can address a specific health / wellbeing concern. 

Reflexology 

This Swedish approach to massage benefits the circulatory system, supports the body's lymph nodes and decreases tension in the muscles. 

The pressure can be tailored to produce either a relaxing, or a stimulating experience. Massage of the legs, back, arms, shoulders, neck and face are all included.

Swedish Massage

Himalayan Salt Hot Stones are used in this full-body massage. Support of the nervous system, and stimulation of the lymphatics, promotes a sense of mental calm and physical wellbeing. 

Relaxing and stress-relieving, the hot and cool stone approach includes legs, back, arms, shoulders and face.

Himalayan Salt Hot Stone Massage 

The scalp, face, neck and shoulders are focused upon in this calming and tension reducing approach to massage. 

A refreshing and purely natural cleanse, including hot-mitt heat treatment, is performed prior to the commencement of the treatment to ensure a truly relaxing experience.

Cranial Massage

Your problematic area(s) will be targeted during this massage through a range of techniques, best suited to you.

BNS / Bespoke Massage 

This 2 hour session is the ultimate way to relax and let go of tension and stress. You are free to choose which areas you would like to concentrate on the most, and the type of reflexology approach that would best suit you - wellness and relaxation, or aspects of specific concern, addressed through mapping your body's health through the feet. 

In the round, this treatment will lower your stress levels, enhance your wellbeing, relieve muscle tension and instill a greater sense of centeredness and calm.
