WHAT TO BRING: 
- Bathers
- 1 towel for the sauna is provided, please bring a towel to shower with (helps us to reduce water and power consumption through laundry).
- Sealed Water bottle to stay hydrated

(Please arrive in good time to help us to keep the sauna sessions flowing for all clients, if you arrive late, this will shorten your session)

For those with current or previous heart conditions this therapy is not be suitable unfortunately.

Sauna therapy is not suitable during pregnancy. For breastfeeding Mammas, please consult with your medical provider before booking.
