Our normal lady is away, the new lady had me leaving in pain. Firstly she didn't use powder, some parts there the wax was too hot & she kept ripping the wax in little increments instead of 1 rip. While doing little increments she would drop these often mid rip so she would do the same rip again in the same spot. It became unbearable but I needed to have it done now that Khyatis is only open once a week.
