What to expect:
before your massage, you will have the opportunity to try our oil blends and select what your body needs for optimal results. Then I will begin with dry brushing, an Ayurvedic practice that involves massaging dry skin with a brush. This opens the pores, enhances oil absorption and helps improve skin tone.

Then soothing warm stones and towels will be used, this naturally provides comfort and facilitates deeper relaxation of the mind & body.  Combined with hands on massage, which releases feel good hormones. These hormones help regulate and reduce feelings of pain, stress and anxiety. healthy touch can also help us reconnect with our bodies and learn love ourselves a bit more. 

Full Body Includes: Head, Face, Neck, Shoulders, Arms, hands, Stomach, Legs, Feet and Back.

What to expect?
I use a mix of Sports Massage and Holistic Massage techniques, varying pressures, assisted stretches and often warm or cold therapy. Reduce tension in overworked muscle groups such as neck & shoulders, legs & feet, or arms & hands. Whatever the combination though it’s totally up to you at how you are feeling. 

Massage works by using the power of touch to stimulate or sedate the nervous system, which in return reduces pain signals and encourages the muscles to relax. This is why I will never give deeper pressure than needed, as this counteracts the good being done, your body will tense up even more in response.       
 
*If you are a New please select New client option and fill in the consultation form. This will be sent before your appointment to save time. We will also spend 5 -10 mins approx discussing your needs and getting to know you. This will not affect your treatment time.
