● If you have not seen a loctician in the last 3 months or more there will be a $35 UP CHARGE.
● There is a $15 NON REFUNDABLE deposit due after making appointment. Card on file will be charged a $15 deposit. Exact address will be sent via email after deposit is received. Deposit goes towards services received. 
●  Remaining balance due in CASH or ZELLE at your appointment.
● Please be sure to select the correct service and add ons (ex. style, detox, correct retwist length, etc) when booking. No changes can be made at the time of your appointment
● SAME DAY is additional $50. Message locdbychoc on Instagram before booking.
●  I offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals (w communication). After 15 minutes with no communication your appointment will be cancelled.
● Due to space and safety concerns, I kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests.
● You are able to reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancelations will be charged 50% and NO SHOWS 100%.
