Himalayan Haze’ This luxe treatment echoes that of the existing ‘Himalayan Foothills’ combining a soothing warm foot soak in beautiful salt crystal waters in my Buddha inspired rich golden bowl followed with a gentle lower leg & foot massage. Blissfully completed with a 25 minute back massage using the healing elements of Peruvian basalt hot stones. 



Indonesian inspired ‘Wild Peppermint & Eucalyptus Body Oil’ alternated with the 'Wild Peppermint & Eucalyptus Body Balm’ from Spa organic British brand Pinks Boutique. Will not only leave your skin nourished, but your mind, body and soul will feel revived. 



This truly is a deeply beautiful ritual inspired treatment aimed to help you transition from Autumn into Winter.  Warming your hands cupped around a mint herbal tea at the end of your treatment will give you an opportunity to rest leafing through the ‘Meadowsweet Wellness Library’ of books.

Beautiful Reiki sessions for those wonderful Mama’s to Be. 

Reiki is so soft and gentle, and good for baby too! 

 It is safe & non-invasive. You remain fully clothed. Plus I have purchased the most divine soft jersey body pillow that will allow you to be wrapped up in a soft cocoon as you gently recline and drift into relaxation allowing the energy to flow. 

These sessions are great if you are finding it hard to relax or have anxiety. Have aches, niggles and pains from carrying. 

I have deliberately kept these sessions shorter as I know how baby loves to push on the bladder which will hopefully make it a perfect balance of comfort. (I do have access to my house toilet which is super convenient so you don’t need to worry.)

40 minutes includes getting you comfortable and consultation review. With 30-35 minute Reiki time.
