She is so welcoming and warm, i never felt like the i was out of place - and make-up has never been my jam, so i felt a little trepidatious. She knows her stuff and she can explain to you exactly why she made the choices she did for the make-up she suggests for you. She walks you through every step so you know how to do the look at home.
