Traditional saunas raise the air temperature to heat the body, promoting relaxation and sweat-induced detoxification. In contrast therapy, pairing this with a plunge pool's cold immersion offers a revitalizing contrast, tightening blood vessels, diminishing inflammation, and boosting circulation. 

Please be aware this is a shared facility, and you may be sharing the sauna with other people.
Also note, this is a "no nudey" facility.

A float chamber is a sensory deprivation chamber designed to help you relax, destress, and rejuvenate. It is a unique experience where you float in water that is saturated with salt, creating a buoyant environment that allows your body and mind to completely let go. The chamber is equipped with ambient lighting and sound, giving you the option to customize your experience.

To Avoid:
-Caffeine, alcohol or other stimulants for several hours leading up to your float.
-Using boxed hair dye within 2 weeks of going for a float.
- Shaving within 12 hours of your appointment.
- Spray tan within 6 days of your appointment.
 
Remember: Everyone has a different first float experience, it is recommended that a minimum of 3 sessions maximize the overall benefits. Similar to other practices like yoga or exercise, the benefits are compounded over time.
