We recommend a refill between 2 & 3 weeks to keep your nails healthy! If you go to long between fills it will increasingly put pressure on the natural nails underneath, making them weaker overall.

Also, your nails will start to lift and if water and dirt get underneath bacteria can grow. Nail infections are not an enjoyable experience! Your nails may also grow too far out, throwing off the strength of the nail.

Adding a Russian mani to your nails services help it last longer and will make your cuticles look so much neater.
