We’ve taken care of things so there’s no need bring anything specific for your appointment. You are welcome to wear your own swimwear. 

We provide still water to keep you hydrated, bathrobe, towels and rain shower system in a private room. 

🚿You are required to shower before you use our sauna. This is a rule of hygiene and prepare the skin with open pores. Oil and lotions tend to decrease perspiration by blocking pores. Apply these after session for best results. 
🌡️ Our Sauna is set at 50C.
🫶🏼Do not slam the sauna door shut. This can damage the door seals & hinges, leading to heat loss and inefficient operation.
🫶🏼Avoid spilling water inside the sauna. It can damage the electrical components & wood.
