Baby spends 20 mins in the water and receives a 10 minute massage.Theres an assisting floating  device put around  baby's  neck and the swim napkin is provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own.Hydrotherapy is known to relieve gasiness, colic and even help  baby sleep better.Amongst it's other benefits it enhances physical endurance, motor skills and improves balance and coordination.
