Private Ice Bath Experiences

A hot and cold immersive experience. Take a guided 3-7degree ice bath experience and recuperate in the infrared sauna for the remaining time or combine the experiences with interval timing. Combining a sauna with an ice bath is an effective way to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, speed up muscle recovery and elevate mode. For a change in pace request a guided experience for your first icebath immersion and aim to go for 3-5 minutes, then 15-20minutes in the Sauna before returning to the icebath for 2-3 minutes, then 15-20minutes in the sauna and finishing on a 1 minute invigorating ice bath. Please shower before using our immersive facilities and shower before every bath immersion. We believe that different styles of bathing suit different people, so take your time and feel free to experiment with different experiences over your visits. Our friendly staff are always happy to guide you through your visits and assist the process.

Microneedling, or collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive treatment that uses fine needles to create micro-injuries in the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production. It helps smooth stretch marks, improve scars (acne, surgical, or traumatic), and tighten sagging skin by promoting cell turnover and tissue remodeling.

During the procedure, numbing cream is applied, and a microneedling device treats the target areas. Post-treatment, redness and sensitivity similar to mild sunburn may occur, subsiding within days. Results appear gradually over 4-6 weeks, with optimal outcomes after 3-6 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart.
