Volume Full Set 

Please note that we do not refill foreign extensions applied by other salons. If you’re coming from another salon you will need to book a removal followed by a full new set. 

IMPORTANT:
- Refills are booked within 21 days, over 21 days is charged as a full set.  
- You must have 40-50% extensions remaining on the day of your refill appointment, any less is charged as a full set.  
- Please ensure you are booking the correct appointment to avoid potential cancellation. 


Hybrid Refill

If you’re unsure which set to choose, or you’re still searching for your perfect style, this is the ideal option for you. 

This set is an opportunity to relinquish all creative control onto me as your lash artist, to achieve a set that is tailored to your facial features, aesthetic and lifestyle. 

Upon booking you’ll receive an online consultation form where you can share what you do and don’t like, and you’ll be asked to provide a passport-style photo to help with facial analysis and mapping. 

Please note, Glam Volume is not available with this set. 

Freestyle Set 

A 50/50 mix of classic and 3D fans strategically placed throughout the set, giving texture and soft volume. 

This set is perfect for those wanting to step up from our natural set, but not quite wanting full volume. 

*Please make note in your consultation if you would prefer Black or Brown coloured extensions. 

Brown eyelash extensions offer a softer and warmer appearance, perfect for those wanting a more understated look. Brown extensions work wonders for lighter hair shades and/or fairer complexions as they complement and harmonise these features, resulting in a balanced and more gentle look.

Volume Refill

Having eyelash extensions removed professionally is critical to avoid damaging your natural lashes. 

We specialise in the safe and efficient removal of eyelash extensions, using solutions that preserve the health of your natural lashes. 

This process can take between 20-45 minutes, depending on the circumstances, and involves an adhesive remover being applied (cream or gel formula), that dissolves the bond between the extensions and your natural lashes. 

If you are booking a removal due to an allergic reaction, a clearance letter from your doctor will be required. 

Removal 

A patch test is recommended 72 hours before an eyelash appointment to assess potential sensitivity for clients that are new to eyelash extensions or that have experienced sensitivities in the past. 

This involves cleaning your eyelashes before placing a gel pad and 10 individual extensions on each eye.

Although rare, some individuals may experience sensitivity to the gel pads used, or develop an allergic reaction to the adhesive. 

Symptoms of an allergic reaction can include redness of the eyelids, irritation, itching, and/or swelling, and are beyond our control. 

Please note that while a patch test helps to identify potential reactions, it does not guarantee immunity. If you experience any adverse reactions, please promptly consult your doctor at your own expense and notify SVD Artistry immediately.

* IMPORTANT: a patch test cannot be booked on the same day as a full set (at least 72 hours apart). 

Patch Test 

Choice of Classic, Angel 2D, Wet Look. 

Perfect for those wanting a soft, angelic lash look, and a great introduction to the look and feel of eyelash extensions for your first time. 

This set adds length, curl, texture and colour in the most softest way. 

If you have sparse natural lashes, please consider booking a volume set, which can be fully customised to suit your preferences.

- Classic 1:1, Angel 2D or Wet look lashes. 
- Black or Brown coloured extensions.
