An opportunity to tailor a pilates session to your specific needs.

45 minutes to focus on a specific area that needs strengthening/stretching, improve posture, breathing control, help rehab an injury, pre/postpartum work or for beginners to get to grips with their level before joining a class. 

Pilates 1-1

Pilates

Kinesiology tape applied to the skin to reduce pain symptoms and improve posture and blood flow. 

This is a short term solution not beneficial for long term pain relief or postural correction. Please book a Sports Massage instead for this.
