As for your service, for most nail art - we do ask for advance notice so we can best accommodate. The original nail tech that you had booked does not provide any nail art, so we switched the technician - so that you may have someone that does art. 

Feel free next time to send us any references for your art and we can best match you with the right person and add additional time, so that it doesn’t interfere with scheduling.

Not exactly what I wanted. I was given a different person from what I booked. I struggled a lot to explain what I want and then I kind of gave up because I thought they understood but again kept asking same questions. I wanted to try fun colors and they said it doesn't match and ultimately I got different colors. I thought I will spend some time relaxing but most time for me was spent in explaining and being sad at the end. I really appreciate that they tried to understand, put an effort and color application was good 👍🏽 but for a luxe treatment it was bit rushed.
