My mum and I got our hair done together and the girls were just lovely. So professional and experts at their job but also made us feel welcome. The salon itself invokes a homely feel, I really enjoyed my experience, I think we'll be back.

The dye retouch sevice was done well and i quite like the attention to detail with removing dye from my skin. The blow dry could have been a bit nicer, the brush caught on my ears a few times which was a bit uncomfortable and the brushing through my hair was a bit too vigorous. Overall a good experience though i enjoyed the minimal conversation as im not very talkative

Friendly and efficient service. I walked in with my morning hair and walked out with a slick and shiny do! Highly recommeded. All the staff were friendly, approachable and easy to talk to. They also listen and offer professional advice.

Best Hair Salon I've been to in a long time.

The girls at this Salon are always friendly and happy to have a chat while doing your hair.

This is my second time here seeing Emily in the salon. She always puts me at ease and makes sure we have a good plan before starting. The whole time being there is so relaxing, Emily is great to talk to and very lovely. Love that I’ve found a great new hair dresser ❤️

Love getting my hair done at Koha. Have visited both Ipswich and Springfield salons and both very relaxing vibes. Very reasonable hair packages available which I love. Lovely friendly team at Springfield, shout out to Emily for my regrowth tint, cut and blowdry. My hair always feels amazing, best head masaages I will definitely be back again.

My Hair Stylist Mikayla was absolutely amazing today. The whole atmosphere in the salon was very calming and chilled vibes all the stylists were all very attentive to their clients & so helpful. Emily was so lovely. She listened to what I was looking for, and didn’t make me feel judged for having sad, unhealthy hair. I tend to avoid salons as I’ve had some less than pleasant experiences with stylists making me feel bad about my hair but Emily was amazing. She wasn’t pushy about me purchasing different products which is something I really appreciate. Also the massage was so lovely and didn’t feel like a rushed/obligatory job. Overall great experience and I will definitely book with her again.
