I cannot thank Jennifer enough for completing transforming my extremely impulsively messy DIY job ! I started off with very uneven layers and bright orange patches through my curly hair. Jen made me feel so comfortable, I knew I was in good hands from the beginning. She carefully combined the perfect mix of foils and global tint to ensure I get something a little closer to my natural hair, but still get that highlighted look I originally wanted. Purchased the monthly blow dry package. Love getting my hair washed and blow dried. Looking salon fresh all the time.

I had my first appointment today and was so pleased with the service provided by Kim. I've finally found a hairdresser who listens to what I want and goes over and above to give me exactly what I asked for. Have already booked a return visit and thoroughly recommend this salon.

Krystal took the extra time to explain the difference between colours and decided to mix two to achieve my desired colour. . She went above and beyond and was constantly checking if I was happy and if I needed anything ! I left the salon in love with my hair. I will continue to book with Krystal

I had my haircut done by another hairdresser on Thursday and they completely ruined my hair. I booked in with Encore as they were top rated in Ipswich (100% agree) to try and fix my hair. I was served my Nicole and OMG I LOVE MY HAIR! She went over what I wanted, washed, styled and made my hair absolutely perfect! She was a lifesaver and saved my hair. The products she used smelt so good and looked great on my hair that I had to buy some!! I have re-booked again in 8 weeks with her and have finally found a hair salon that I want to stick with hopefully for a long time. Thank you so much x

Hello everyone today I experienced a salon service that I've never experienced before, the lovely ladies at encore made me feel like a VIP client ,there personal approach to me put me at ease as soon as I walked into the salon, I was greeted with such a pleasant and truthful smile,then came the professional start to my treatment today at the end I walked out with such great satisfaction at how my Blonde hair looked and felt the girls did a fantastic job, I would highly recommend ENCORE girl in an instant

I was honestly reluctant to go to gayes salon. I had an awful experience Yeats ago and have avoided all the locations like the plague. I was so glad I tried again and went today! Chris cut my hair and he did such a good job and even blew out, put up and did my hair before leaving. I went in feeling nervous and left feeling confident and beautiful. Best cut in years, I will definitely be back.

Allera was so warm and welcoming to the salon. Her knowledge and keen interest to understand you and your hair was exceptional. Also, the scalp massage was incredible - highly recommend!
