Amazing!! She was incredibly nice and really knows how to define curls and clean up frizz. Throughout the haircut she was explaining how different products worked and why she was using them alongside giving me the name of a useful website and other sources of information. Again, really kind, offered tea and coffee, great environment 10/10

These girls are amazing! I’m so happy with my blonde colour, no more brassy tones thanks to Hannah! Great customer service to their clients, serving hot and cold drinks while you get your hair done. Thanks for making my hair stunning girls and making time go fast while in the salon! 🩷

I love the crew at BIBA Croydon. I’d been going to their Eastland salon for years before they made the move and I’m so glad I followed the team to Croydon. Michael is so thorough, kind and always has helpful suggestions for my hair complaints. Always good to chat to too, I’d love to come weekly jjust for the TLC and banter 😂

Salon was easy to find and in a great location. Faye was delightful, and listened to what I asked, told her. I enjoyed talking with her, and my experience was a happy one. Have been lucky enough to have my hair cut and coloured by Michael at BIBA for many years and I always leave the salon feeling happy. I have very thick, fast growing hair. Michael is amazing and thoughtful, he spends time with his clients, is a brilliant stylist and super funny too. Highly recommend.

Caitlyn was lovely and was very knowledgeable I did have some questions regarding the colour of my hair (the colour was not done at this salon) and she is going to do some research for me to get my colour back to the colour I like . And the blowwave was amazing and so quick . Very happy

Great changes to the decor of the salon. First time Zoe did my hair and she was great. Apart from being a great human being, friendly, warm and welcoming, she did a great job on my hair. I had a wash, cut and blow wave, which were all good. I'm very particular with my fringe, which Zoe did a great job on. My friends all commented on how great my hair looked at dinner that night, thank you Zoe.

Jasmin was amazing. Have had bad experiences in other hair salons so coming to a new salon was making me nervous but she did exactly what I asked for and always kept checking in to make sure I was happy with how my hair looked. Salon was super clean too.

Leah is so professional and I always leave the salon feeling so fresh and amazing!

Janine is the best hairdresser I know of and I haven't found anyone that can cut a very long layered V shape well except for her. Lovely salon too.

staff at salon excellent . Do not need or want emails or to give my credit card details or need nagging re appointments . Insulting to a reliable client . May have to find a new hairdresser who does not ask my card details . Too much fraud about !! Not happy !!
