Absolutely loved my time at Haylo. From the great ambiance to the friendliest staff. I felt in safe hands with Holly and the Haylo team. Coffee next door was a bonus. Great haircut, great advice and great atmosphere from what is obviously a very cohesive salon. I was hesitant to go for a curly cut because of the added cost but it was so worth it!

Today I walked into the salon feeling quite down about my hair, and I left feeling totally elated. Hayley listened to all of my concerns and issues with my hair and she offered the most amazing advice. I wanted my hair cut into a bob, and Hayley took it one step further to a graduated bob with layers. She took the time to explain what she thinking and why she thought it would be a good solution. I’m so pleased I was honest about the struggles I was having my hair. It was so refreshing to have Hayley listen and take everything on board and offer a solution that looks amazing. Thank you.

Salon Kaia is the most beautiful place to have your hair done. Before beginning you receive the most amazing massage which I can’t wait to have again. The team are very lovely and welcoming. Whilst getting my hair coloured and cut by Kate she asked me lots of questions about my hair and how I styled it which assisted her to give me the best cut for me. Highly recommend Made salon. The service is great. Nikki is the best hairdresser I have been to. And I’ve been to many over the years (blonde 33yr old). Always nails the brief and makes you feel a million dollars.

I have been going to the salon for about 3 years now and I have never been disappointed. I got a haircut with Josef for the first time last week and absolutely loved it !!! He did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this place.

So happy something like this has finally opened in Wollongong! The vibe is unreal, head massage was amazing and hair was so shiny and soft afterwards! Even had my hair blowdryed and curled to finish with a glass of Prosecco! Will definitely be coming back!
