My first time at Mophead salon and I had a haircut with Torris and he gave me one of the best haircut! He focused on my hair to give me the best cut as I haven't had a haircut for a long time. He is definitely very skilled! Highly recommended him. And I will definitely come back to see him.

My hair stylist is CHOLE. We communicate about the style and then she greatly washes and massages my head to start the session. The cut was quick but most importantly it’s exactly what I was hoping for. I had never been able to leave a salon within 60mins but today I did also with a big smile as I m satisfy with the cut.

Amazing!! I had Yuki as my hairstylist and she was so kind and understanding :) My haircut is perfect and exactly what I wanted! The service was also amazing, I haven’t been to a hair salon in a very long time but this has been the best by far. Would love to return in the future :) Thank you so much!!! <3

I had the best experience with Initial, specifically Ayala. She was super nice and sweet. I really loved the hair colour she did on me. I also learned a lot from her even though I have been dying my hair at other salons before. I wish she could stay in Vancouver so she can be my stylist forever haha.

It is the best salon I've ever been to, Andy is exceptionally professional and he fully understood what we needed. From now on， we will only come to this salon to have our hair done. I believe it is the best in Vancouver in terms of environment and technology.

I had an amazing experience at the salon with Sho! Not only did he take me in at the last minute, but every time I come, it’s a wonderful experience. Sho has an incredible eye for detail and is clearly very skilled at what he does. He listened carefully to what I wanted and made thoughtful suggestions, showing his dedication to making sure I walked out happy. I’ve been seeing Ken for a year now and he has helped me always achieve my colour and hair goals while also giving guidance on how to keep my hair healthy! This our third time in this salon. I used to have a lot of trouble finding a good hairdresser for my 9 yo son, and I finally found it here! Shima is an excellent hairdresser, extremely kind and very friendly. He always makes sure that you are comfortable with his work and that you are happy. Highly recommended!!

I walked by a few times and wondering if I should try this salon. I finally did and wanted a new style. YJ was good. I have long hair and wanted to cut it short for the first time in a long time. He suggested what length would be better for me. He is knowledgeable and gives honest opinions. I would definitely recommend him.

Loved my eyelashes done by Saeko. She’s very patient, gentle, and holds expertise in eyelash extensions. My hair was also cut and styled by Yuki, which was also awesome. I’m glad I’ve got my eyelashes and haircut done in I’s Hair Salon by those two ladies. Would recommend to anybody looking for Japanese eyelash extension/lift and hair salon!

The staff from Mophead is always very helpful and friendly starting from the front desk to my hairstylist Kana. She always takes her time my haircut and does a fantastic job everytime! The salon is also clean and it’s location is very convenient.

Yuki and saeko were gentle and provided great care for my hair/eyelashes. I almost fell asleep with how calm my experience was! The salon itself played the same few songs over and over, I would recommend playing more songs 😁

When it comes to beauty salons, I believe it's important not only to have skilled hairstylists but also to ensure that clients can have a comfortable time during their visit. Fuko always provides all of that. She's not just an excellent hairstylist with fantastic cutting skills, but also a wonderful listener who sometimes offers advice. And I always almost falling asleep during the shampoo and massage before the haircut by the assistant Mizuki because she's too good at it.

The salon is very clean and beautifully designed. My hairstylist, Hinako, is a very talented artist and was able to give me the exact haircut and style that I wanted. I highly recommend this salon!

Hiro did amazing from start to finish. Regardless of the language barrier, he carefully explained each process during my hair treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. This is my 2nd time receiving service at this salon and is definitely my go-to place for hair cut/colouring services.
