Well from the moment I walked into the salon everyone was very welcoming and relaxed. Kiera went through everything before doing my hair to make sure I was happy and during the process ,explaining everything. I am extremely happy with my colour and style !!!! I recently visited the salon and had an unfortunate experience with a trainee who got something stuck in my hair during washing, causing a severe knot. However, the team handled the situation impressively. Ella and Heidi spent an hour and a half meticulously untangling it, demonstrating patience and professionalism throughout. I wasn't charged for the service and was given a complimentary hair treatment. Despite the initial mishap, their excellent service turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one and I was happy with my highlights.

Ciara did a wonderful job with my hair! She gave my hair its much needed layering. At the end I walked out of the salon with a head of shiny and bouncy hair. Everyone at the salon is so friendly and nice. I am definitely coming back.

Had a wonderful experience at the salon today, Claire has her own private room it felt so personal light music playing in the background. I highly recommend Claire I felt so good leaving the salon with my new fresh hair and definitely will be returning to her. I’ve also recommended her to my family members.

Claire is simply the best hairdresser I’ve ever met. The salon is peaceful, with a quiet room where you can play your own music or just relax. Whether you want to chat or enjoy some quiet time, Claire makes every visit comfortable and personal. I live in Southampton but happily travel here for her! She offers free fringe trims for her customers, uses eco-friendly products, and her cuts are always perfect. Even the way she washes your hair feels amazing. I feel so lucky to have found this gem!
