Great hair, a hug and kiss, leaving the salon happy

Most entertaining, as I watched Michaela transform what appeared to be total chaos, with many treatments happening simultaneously, to an ordinary everyday hairdressing scene within 45 minutes. Michaela incorporated all ‘extras’ within the drama as coffee makers, equipment preparers, conversation leaders, and general assistants, remaining (on the surface) completely calm and chatting about holidays in true hairdresser style! Oh, for a hidden camera, so everyone could see this amazing salon. It would be quite an advertisement for ‘Michaelas’. Thank you guys, and Happy Christmas xx

Fantastic ,friendly salon. Whenever i go to get my hair cut, there is always such a welcoming and relaxing vibe and always laughter to be heard. Michaela is absolutely the best hairdresser.Highly recommend booking.

I cannot fault this salon, the ladies were so warm and welcoming , I felt relaxed and had a laugh with them, i wanted highlights but wanted them to look natural and it was done perfectly, Sue makes a great cuppa too after a while my hair was done and it looked amazing so so happy cannot wait for my next appointment I am now a life long customer thank you so much ladies

This was my second big visit in 2 weeks; first a perm and then some colour. By today I had got used to the perm and now I like the new colour. In fact I am delighted with both, and Michaela as always has this way of getting me to agree to (almost gets me to suggest) what is best for my hair and then explains why it was the right decision afterwards. The usual zany atmosphere was present and yes, holidays were discussed (as is normal in a hairdressers) but more relevant as the entire salon departing for warmer climes imminently. Have a well earned rest and come back with many stories!

Once again transformed hair! Despite initial setbacks with water issues in the salon, Michaela and Sue remained cool, calm and collected, as always 😂 and got everything back on schedule. Really enjoyable morning, thank you x
