Zella has ended my hairdresser-hopping days. Listens to what I want, suggests what will work with my hair/skin tone etc and I’m always happy when I leave. Friendly, honest, the salon is beautiful and the chair gives you a massage while you get your hair washed. Highly recommend :-)

I recently visited the salon and had an unfortunate experience with a trainee who got something stuck in my hair during washing, causing a severe knot. However, the team handled the situation impressively. Ella and Heidi spent an hour and a half meticulously untangling it, demonstrating patience and professionalism throughout. I wasn't charged for the service and was given a complimentary hair treatment. Despite the initial mishap, their excellent service turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one and I was happy with my highlights.

As always my hair looks amazing. Ruby is a magnificent hairdresser, hair whisperer. She’s the only one who got to know my hair so she knows exactly how to make them look exactly like I want and I’m always happy and very satisfied when leaving her hair salon

Cam listened to what I wanted and the issues I had with my super long, thick and dull hair. I walked out feeling so good about myself with my new swishy hair and I had a lovely afternoon at the salon. Such a friendly and fun environment and Cam is smashing it as a junior stylist. Will definitely be back!

Amazing Salon! I’ve really struggled to find a descent salon local to me, but Flappers is worth the drive. The balliage result was amazing with beautiful tonal fade, and very natural. Louise cut layers in to my thick curly hair to give shape and bounce to my curls. (Where my hair had grown out it used to resemble a triangle!) I found other salons relied heavily on thinning scissors which is not what I wanted when I say ‘layers’, so I’m very happy with my hair now and I’ll definitely be coming back!

It was my daughter’s first hair cut and she absolutely loved it! Louise was fantastic as always and made her feel so comfortable she can’t wait to go again.
