I recently visited the salon and had an unfortunate experience with a trainee who got something stuck in my hair during washing, causing a severe knot. However, the team handled the situation impressively. Ella and Heidi spent an hour and a half meticulously untangling it, demonstrating patience and professionalism throughout. I wasn't charged for the service and was given a complimentary hair treatment. Despite the initial mishap, their excellent service turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one and I was happy with my highlights.

I love Flappers it’s a friendly relaxed salon and I am always pleased with my hair colour and cut. Francesca always checks I have been happy with the colour and takes time to discuss options for the colour, cut and any changes I maybe considering

Cam listened to what I wanted and the issues I had with my super long, thick and dull hair. I walked out feeling so good about myself with my new swishy hair and I had a lovely afternoon at the salon. Such a friendly and fun environment and Cam is smashing it as a junior stylist. Will definitely be back!

Zella took her time to understand fully what I wanted to change about my hair colour and style this morning. Giving me options was really appreciated as I could figure out which route to take knowing the outcome for all ideas. My hair transformation is amazing and I totally love it. Thank you so much. Love the salon, love the massage chair and totally love the tea cake served with my delicious coffee! Perfect way to start a Saturday! Zella is a hair genius. ✨

Amazing Salon! I’ve really struggled to find a descent salon local to me, but Flappers is worth the drive. The balliage result was amazing with beautiful tonal fade, and very natural. Louise cut layers in to my thick curly hair to give shape and bounce to my curls. (Where my hair had grown out it used to resemble a triangle!) I found other salons relied heavily on thinning scissors which is not what I wanted when I say ‘layers’, so I’m very happy with my hair now and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Look no further for an absolutely amazingly talented hairdresser who is so so professional, friendly and knowledgeable! This was my first time with Zella and she completely refreshed my hair colour and achieved exactly the blonde colour all over that I've been wanting (but not achieving at my previous hair salon). 1000% recommend! Natalie is a nice person who not just cut and treat your hair, she is also creates an atmosphere of warmth and love. I came out of her salon ready to conquer the world. The haircut is perfect, can’t wait to visit her again.

Steph is a very talented hairdresser and super welcoming and friendly. We visited her salon for hair up for prom. It looked amazing and was exactly what my daughter wanted. I would definitely recommend!

Had my consultation with Tennille today. A lovely lady who really listened to me but was honest on what my hair could do - not what I wanted! This was refreshing as the first time a hairdresser hasn’t just said yes to my ideas & then I’ve been left with a style that didn’t look good as didn’t suit my hair. Samples of my hair were taken & tested (again never had this before) & colours were discussed not only on my likes/wants but how they’d suit my skin tone & the longevity of them. Again Tennille was very honest about this. The salon is lovely & inviting, can’t wait for my next appt!!

It was my daughter’s first hair cut and she absolutely loved it! Louise was fantastic as always and made her feel so comfortable she can’t wait to go again. Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and it’s such a lovely environment in the salon. Thank you again for outstanding service, I look forward to having my hair done with Louise in a couple of weeks.
