Absolutely amazing morning here! Tried all 4 treatments- hyperbaric oxygen, red light whole body, dry sauna and the dreaded cold plunge!!! What a fab place and the staff were very supportive and welcoming. First class 1:1 treatment here. Well worth it!!! Will go back 100%.

Amazing and definitely recommend, only been out my treatment 15 minutes and looking at when I can return already. Jane is lovely and extremely welcoming. She made me feel at total ease and then explained everything to me once my treatment was done.

Amazing. Best massage I have ever had. Relaxing and reviving. I’ve had a chest infection for a month and felt so much better after this massage. The hot stones combined with the oils and Jane’s expertise were amazing and I will be back.

My treatment with Jane was by far the best massage I've ever had (and I've had quite a few)! I had the thermal heated back massage and would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone! As well as the hot stones and warm oil, Jane also used heated towels, provided a foot cleanse and scalp massage - lots of little touches that were unexpected but made it feel really special and even more relaxing. Amazing value for money and a really nice environment, Jane was also really friendly and warm - I will definitely be returning! Thank you

Alex greeted me at the door after giving really clear instructions via voicemail on how to find the entrance. She was so welcoming and made me feel at ease for my first visit. I have done red light therapy before but she made sure I knew how to work the equipment there and that I was comfortable before leaving me to my session. She happily chatted through the other services with me too and was really knowledgeable about it all. I’ll definitely be returning for some more sessions and will recommend to others to try it out.

Staff were very welcoming from the moment you arrived until the moment you left . Very knowledgable of all procedures and talked me through every treatment 😊 tried 3 of the 4 treatments.. ..wasn’t quite brave enough for the cold plunge yet 🤪 Left very relaxed and the next day I felt stress free. Have already booked my next sessions and may even try the cold plunge 😊 Highly recommended
