I am trying to have a massage once a month: a significant luxury and expense, but I very much enjoy the experience. However, last month, due to other customers in the shop, asking questions about products, my massage was late to start by 15 minutes. As there was no other staff available, my experience was interrupted three more times, two and others. Yesterday , I waited 10 minutes before the room was ready. I am considering cancelling the service as I can’t afford to pay for treatment that I don’t fully experience.
