My first time at Bodyworks with Ora. I play a lot of contact sport and recovering from a sprain shoulder. I had the remedial massage and cupping done. My body felt tense and rigid at the start by the end of the session I felt my tissues and the muscle joints were relaxed and knots ironed out & could move more freely.
