Fabulous. Went for a massage Sophie was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease as soon as I came. Targeted my pain areas and gave advice on certain sore spots. Her wee room is very calming and relaxing. Very good, would recommend.

First time getting massage with Sophie and wont be the last. And ive never returned to a massage therapist! Lovely relaxing setting, Sophie was friendly but professional, seemed to know more about where I needed massage than I even thought, hit the tough spots exactly how I needed, and was so lovely throughout. Could not recommend her enough, 5 stars doesnt do her justice!

Went for a deep Swedish massage today and it was pure relaxation. Trisha prepares the room perfectly with low light, tranquil music and warm blankets. The massage was amazing, just the right pressure. I left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated after a busy week working. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend going to Laura. She has a wonderful gift and tailors each treatment to suit your needs. I also recommend an add on to your treatment of your feet or head as these are like the icing on the cake for that extra special relaxing treatment. My massage was, and always is, amazing and I look forward to all my appointments. She is such a kind, caring person

I recently booked in for a pregnancy massage with Sophie which was amazing and made me feel so relaxed before my babies arrival. Sophie explained everything before my massage and explained the areas which she would focus on. Being pregnant it can be very hard to get comfortable and feel relaxed but Sophie did just that. I can’t wait to book in again already after giving birth. I would highly recommend.

Perfect. Sophie has a great understanding of muscles and managing an injury. She was very understanding and provided a much needed massage and relief for my leg. I would highly recommend Sophie. I just had one of the best massages I've ever experienced with Helen. The back massage and facial were absolutely unbelievable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the extra touch of a head massage thrown in it was just beautiful. Helen is so down toearth and made me feel completely at ease. I will definitely be booking with her again and can't wait for my next treatment. Highly recommended!

I've had 2 sports massages with Chris and he really is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and can work out even the tightest knots. My calves were a total mess and tight but thanks to Chris they are well on there way to being completely knot free. Cannot recommend Chris highly enough.

This was my first time having a lymphatic drainage massage and it was absolutely amazing 🥰 so relaxing and I felt really comfortable as I’m very conscious of my body and weight but I felt at ease 🥰… the difference is amazing I don’t know why it’s took me this long to get one lol , I’ll defo be back for more 👍🏻 I feel more comfortable and less bloated, the older I’m getting the more I’ve realised it’s important to take a bit of time out and treat ourselves to these wee treatments for our minds body and soul and also I must say I slept like a log my body was so relaxed 😴 Thankyou so much❤️
