Jo is am amazing holistic therapist , I attended Sanctuary within for hot stone massage, reiki and facial which was much needed . The therapy room is warm , cosy and inviting, Jo is very skilled at putting people at ease and carrying out treatments suited to each individual. My treatment was lovely and relaxing and would definitely recommend it. I left feeling very relaxed , glowing skin and calm .

WOMB MASSAGE today. WOW, what an experience, totally different to anything i,ve ever had massage wise. Using ancient techniques and hands on therapy, my lower back has never felt so good, (ITS ALL CONNECTED) Had the best nights sleep last night and no back pain when i awoke for the first time in ages. Definatley have this treatment again to help me with Menaupase and period issues. Thanks again JO its another YES from me. Rx

Mind Body and Soul. Worth more than the price paid relaxing facial. Hot stone massage to die for, and a bit of reiki healing sound bath to finish off. I'll certainly be booking again

Visited jogaflows for a hot stone massage massage and reiki treatment , the room was warm, cosy and inviting . I've had this treatment from Jo before and wouldn't go anywhere else , she is so professional ,knowledgeable, warm and friendly and feel safe in her hands. The hot stone massage was fantastic, relaxing and worked on aching muscles whilst reiki completely relaxed me ,I felt calm ,at ease and grounded. I would definitely recommend this treatment and Jo offers many other holistic treatments to meet individual needs .

Amazing experience with Bethany. I booked in for dermaplanning which was amazing with the lovely added touch of a little facial massage too which you wouldn’t get anywhere else. The room and atmosphere is so cosy and welcoming that I didn’t want to leave. The heated blanket on the bed almost sent me to sleep. 😴 so relaxing. I can not wait for my next one x

As always Beth gave me the best facial yesterday. My skin was broken out, so she switched up our usual routine to accommodate it and less than 24 hours on I can see a huge difference. She's absolutely amazing at what she does - and the massage at the end always leaves me feeling so relaxed. Heavenly!

10/10 would highly recommend. I felt so relaxed afterwards and the price was worth it for the massage alone! I'll definitely be back :)
