Cannot recommend enough! Andria is lovely and puts you at ease immediately, very friendly and polite. After my first massage could feel the difference, second session made an even bigger difference. My shoulders have not felt this relaxed for years. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Had a post-op appointment and massage with Heather today. Extremely Knowledgable and signposted me to the right boards and garments I was needing to maintain my post-lipo shape. But alongside that a lot of laughs and girly chatter was had. I’m excited for my next appointment. :-)

Andreia is fantastic, I’d had a bad experience with a Thai massage place in Leeds recently who made my shoulders and lowers back worse causing chronic pain. I had an unbelievable amount of knots in my shoulders which Andreia massaged and relieved this tension, she spoke to me throughout helped me with breathing technique and really put her heart and soul into relieving the tension. As for my lower back she pin pointed my hips where tight and had a knot which she relieved both her expert massage skills. Not only that she got me in at last minute as she knew I was in pain. Had a facial sculpt and lymphatic massage due to feeling like I had a stubborn double chin that I didn’t think I was noticing changing while losing weight, after my consultation Heather explained this could be due to stress which makes complete sense. Had a really good chat with Heather during the treatment - she’s so lovely and knowledgeable I felt totally at ease the entire time. Will definitely be booking again!

Had a full body lymphatic drainage massage as was flying the day after and I get really bad swollen legs from flying and the heat then makes it worse. Second day of my holiday and still no swollen legs. Felt amazing after and really light. The massage itself was very relaxing ( nodded off) which was a bonus. Heather was lovely and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning :)

Heather is so lovely! I’ve had a lymphatic drainage massage prior to this appointment and this was amazing! I didn’t feel bloated for weeks after and also felt like I lost a few inches from my waist around 4weeks later which I later read it can make your metabolism faster if that’s the right way to word it.. we got along and had a laugh throughout my appointment which made my experience even better. Would not hesitate to book with heather again xx

Excellent massage with Kitty this morning, having managed to get an appointment at very short noticed. Lovely, calming experience, with an exceptionally professional and courteous approach throughout.

This was my first visit, I booked a 30 minute sports massage on my legs to help my half marathon training. I felt great after and would highly recommend. I will definitely book another session
