An amazing 2.5 hours of well deserved pure relaxation with Sarah today! Having a full body hot stones massage, facial, scalp massage and reflexology. Sarah discussed the session beforehand, checked any medical issues and agreed the session plan. The environment is so relaxing, warm and you feel a real sense of wellbeing when you step foot in the room, soft music and smells amazing. After treatment there is water, tea sachets and biscuits for you and you don’t feel rushed to go! Won’t leave it so long next time!! X

The lovely Rebecca always knows what I need without me having to ask. I generally like a very gentle massage, more for pleasure rather than treatment. Yesterday however, I was so stressed & knotted, I needed a massage with feeling & oh boy, did she deliver! Nice & firm massage that left me feeling like I'd had a full on massage. My head was so fuzzy, I don't think I should've driven home & I was so relaxed, I could hardly keep my eyes open - best nights sleep I've had in ages! Thanks Bec, you are a star xx

This was my first visit and I was booked in for a winter warmer package which included a hot stone massage, foot mask with warming booties, foot massage, a facial and head massage. These were the most wonderful treatments. I was made to feel extremely relaxed and pampered from the moment I entered this lovely treatment room. I will be returning soon!!

Second visit for an ongoing injury which had improved from my first appointment but needed further treatment. Great experience and could feel the benefits immediately. Nikki used a combination of massage and acupuncture. Was a little anxious about the acupuncture but it was absolutely fine. This is not an overnight fix for my injury so I have stretches to do at home and when training, and will need another session with Nikki. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you

Today I treated myself to a Spring treatment package with Helen. This included an Indian head massage, arm and hand massage and facial reflexology. I have never been so relaxed until now! By far the best massage that I have ever had. The room is beautiful with relaxing essential oils and music. Helen is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended ☺️
