Another great treatment from Louise. Back training after 3 weeks out of the gym and I was struggling to walk. Louise fixed that with a targeted sports massage focusing on my glutes, hamstrings and calves combined with some lower back work.

I had Rosie today and she was a lovely energy, super knowledgeable and it was a fantastic treatment. Enjoyed that it included neck, shoulder and head massage, with equipment used for pores and LED light for 10mins. Felt a really nice mixture of science and relaxing treat. Thank you

I booked a massage with Lou for my dad, who has been dealing with shoulder issues and pain. Lou quickly identified the root cause of his pain and explained everything in detail, helping him understand what was causing the discomfort. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are exceptional. My dad felt a noticeable improvement after the session and was very impressed. I would highly recommend Louise to anyone – she’s a true gem in her industry!

Today was my third visit to Louise at Muscle Matters, I initially attended on the recommendation of a friend. During my first consultation Louise asked me what my problem was, I told her I had arthritis in my right knee and my left hip and groin was very painful. After studying my stance Louise massaged my hamstrings and muscles, the relief was pretty much instant, we concentrated on the muscles around my hips, I feel far more confident that I can walk relatively pain free. I also sleep through the night pain free,. I am looking forward to further treatment and greater mobility.

This was the 4th time I’ve had a massage with Louise. 5* as always. Studio is gorgeous, clean & relaxing but the best part is that my back feels brand new! No more digging drains for me! My quads need some TLC as I’ve been abusing them at the gym lately so I cant wait to book my 5th session xx
