Absolutely beautiful experience, the space Sam has created here and the services she offers are incredible. I went for the first time today after having moved to the area, had a back massage, reiki and reflexology and I will for sure become a regular! I’ve been seeing Nicola for 2 years, focusing on lower back issue, after only a few visits this was fully resolved & Nicola focused on neck, upper back & shoulders due to the tension held due to sitting all day. I used to suffer with migraines, taking time off work, I now have a weekly massage & I’ve not had 1 migraine since. Massage is vital to maintaining good health especially with having a job sitting all day. Nicola also provides advice to prevent future ailments and how to quickly target areas if niggles start. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - Thank you x

I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

Amazing!! My first session with Donna and it won't be my last - lovely welcoming and professional experience! I had a sports massage for a niggly shoulder issue I've had on and off for a while, the session felt almost like a spa treatment, much nicer than the usual clinical settings. I feel a big improvement in my joint already, and will definitely be going back!

I’ve been having Lomi-Lomi with Nat for two years, and it keeps getting better. That Nat is a gentle soul and natural healer is obvious from the start. She exudes empathy, intelligence, and care. A sense of calm envelops me even before I arrive, knowing what a blissful two hours I have to come, and how that feeling will continue throughout the day. I love that no two sessions are the same as Nat uses her intuition to give a healing and spiritual massage that leaves me feeling deeply peaceful. Lomi-Lomi is much more than a massage. If you haven’t tied it yet, I highly recommend that you do.

I have the most incredible 45-minute full body massage session at BODYROLL, and I can't stop raving about it! The owner, Triin, was exceptionally helpful and made me feel so welcome from the moment I stepped into the beautiful studio space. The BODYROLL machines worked wonders on every part of my body, leaving me feeling completely blissed out, I can't wait for my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone in need of some self-care coupled with a mini-workout!

Such a lovely visit! The girls are so welcoming and chatty! I had two separate appointments for manicure and pedicure condensed into one for my convenience today. Nails stunning! I always get lovely comments from family and friends about how nice they look! I would definitely recommend the soak in petals, hot towels and hand massage after the manicure.
