I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

I felt relaxed the moment i walked in the door, a lovely warm room full of plants and lamps, so calming and welcoming....the massage was lovely, and a very generous discount for carers too which was so much appreciated as things at home have been very challenging lately and my experience at tranquility really helped me at a time i desperately needed it, i will definitely book again!! Where do I even start!!!!! As always Sarah has absolutely smashed it! But honestly I truly believe today was my best experience ever!!! I look forward to her monthly emails to see what delights are on offer! And Novembers was truly spectacular! A fabulous back scrub with a mask and massage. Followed by the most effective eye mask! I say that because even my husband looked at me twice when I got home! I didn’t want to leave! And can’t wait to see the December Advent specials 😆🤞🏻

A relaxing facial that involves many layers of steaming, creams and potions. All smell heavenly and nothing sets off any sensitivities on my skin. The couch/bed is beautifully warmed to lie on and I am swathed in fluffy towels and blankets. My skin feels moisturised and plumped when I leave and this remains with me all week. I am also very relaxed indeed as a mini shoulder, arm and head massage is in with the package too. Do I have less wrinkles? Probably, but I'm too short sighted to see and too old to worry. My face feels great. Sarah is professional, knowledgeable and welcoming.

Thought I would try something different so I had an Indian Head Massage. It was absolutely wonderful, completely relaxing and just so nice. So much so I have booked another one. I highly recommend that you give it go, it's lovely 😁

Wow, I went for the stress relief head, neck and shoulders, it was soo much more that. I had the most amazing experience and best massage ever!! So much so I have got an Inner Bliss experience booked for Friday 😁 Tranquility is heaven and when you close that door behind you the outside world is forgotten about, it's beautiful inside, gorgeous fluffy blankets, warm bed and radiates the most amazing peaceful energy.
