First time using Botan Thai and it was brilliant. Was more in need of a full body reset after my training has ramped up. Worked on a painful knot in my shoulder and found other knots that weren’t painful. Advice given throughout and provided an intense but effective and relaxing massage. Was a bit soar afterwards due to all my injuries leg feels a lot better today than it has in a long while as I suffer with tendonopathy and arthritis right shoulder still a bit soar due to torn rota cuff but I have more movement and definitely a lot looser wasn't going to have the foot massage but did and was very surprised how good it was would highly recommend full body hot lava shell massage for aches pains and stiff muscles thankyou very much
