Was a bit soar afterwards due to all my injuries leg feels a lot better today than it has in a long while as I suffer with tendonopathy and arthritis right shoulder still a bit soar due to torn rota cuff but I have more movement and definitely a lot looser wasn't going to have the foot massage but did and was very surprised how good it was would highly recommend full body hot lava shell massage for aches pains and stiff muscles thankyou very much

First time using Botan Thai and it was brilliant. Was more in need of a full body reset after my training has ramped up. Worked on a painful knot in my shoulder and found other knots that weren’t painful. Advice given throughout and provided an intense but effective and relaxing massage. 1st here for back neck and shoulder Thai massage. The room was lovely and warm, calm environment. I felt comfortable and respected at all times. I had several very inflamed areas which she noted right away and work on them. Herbal tea after was a nice touch

Jo was very welcoming. Room was tranquil and had soft music. Towel was ready warmed which was a nice touch. I had the deep tissue Thai massage and focus on my shoulders and hips really helped to relive some of my aches with oils that smelt amazing followed by a lemongrass tea before I left. I will definitely go again but for longer next time. It was a proper full hour but it went so quick. Highly recommend.
