Amazing amazing amazing. Best masseuse I’ve ever had (and trust me, I’m a massage addict so there have been plenty). Technique is massively varied and she’s very skilled at what she does. I look forward to every massage I have with her - and the delicious smoothies are always a bonus! What a treat!

I loved my Menopause Massage . Such a beautiful , relaxing treatment . Pressure was perfect and Lauren understood my needs completely. I could barely peel myself up off the couch when it was finished . I was so relaxed and chilled. The treatment room was lovely and cosy with relaxing tranquil music playing in back ground. Pat is an excellent massage therapist. There are so many options to choose from to meet your specific need. Ive had the deep tissue massage with the cupping and the traditional thai massage. Both were great and she knows all the pressure and pain points to hit. I feel so much better after being in pain for so long. (2 years). My range of motion increased greatly after 2 visits. I will definitely keep going. Additionally, my wife is also happy with her sessions.
