Well manicured and painted nails with snowflakes and bows on two nails each hand very Christmassy. Very efficient loved the hand massage and exfoliate will book again along with a back massage which I’ve had before again wonderful.

What can I say to give the right credit for how beneficial that massage was. I booked in for 90 minutes and I have been to so many places that have felt nice at the time but no lasting benefits. I have woken up this morning tender due to the amount of deep big knots removed but also a considerably more mobile within my neck and shoulders and even my hips and lower back feels less tight. I have booked in for a 60 min for the end of the month and then again the following month. Once you’ve been to this wonderful woman you will not go anywhere else. Thank you again.

Due to my inability to check my diary, I was late arriving for my massage. Thankfully, I was able to turn up eventually. Yet again, a really relaxing massage, to relieve the stress. Really recommended.

I loved my Menopause Massage . Such a beautiful , relaxing treatment . Pressure was perfect and Lauren understood my needs completely. I could barely peel myself up off the couch when it was finished . I was so relaxed and chilled. The treatment room was lovely and cosy with relaxing tranquil music playing in back ground. I had the best night sleep afterwards too . Thank you Lauren, I will definitely be booking in for another one soon x

My first massage for many years and as an older lady was a bit apprehensive. However Alex was welcoming and made me feel at ease. I had a foot and leg massage to help with Lipoedema I left feeling relaxed and my legs definitely felt lighter. Highly recommend.

I went to Lauren for a Menopause Massage and what a brilliant experience and treatment this is. I cannot believe how well the treatment related to my menopausal symptoms and how relaxed I felt during and after my treatment. I highly recommend anyone going through the menopause to try this out!
