It’s remarkably good to meet a therapist who not only takes the time to understand your general wellbeing but also focuses specifically on the particular areas that need addressing. Not only did Kerry help enormously by focusing on my problem areas but she also gave me fantastic advice (including a follow-up advice via email) for long-term thoughts around my fitness. Kerry is clearly highly experienced and has impeccable knowledge but she also takes a more holistic approach to your particular situation. Kerry is a marvel and I genuinely couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
