Alice made me feel comfortable from the second I was there. She is really friendly and has made the whole experience so relaxing. The massage was amazing and I feel so good ever since. Would definitely recommend her and can’t wait to book it again.

Such a fantastic treatment! I booked a deep tissue massage to help with general aches and relaxing after travelling a lot for work recently. I love that BiFLX visit so you can relax in your own space. The treatment was totally customised, and BiFLX asked me thoughtful questions and guided me through the treatment, my shoulders feel so much better. BiFLX also showed me helpful exercises and stretches that I can do myself. I’ve already booked my next treatment, 100% recommend booking in with BiFLX.

Alaine was fantastic!! She really tailored my massage to work on the specific points which were tense and giving me trouble. What a lovely lady also! Alaine provided me with a little after care package of goodies to take home so I will shortly be drinking my herbal relaxation tea whilst the incense is burning. Couldn’t recommend Alaine enough and I will definitely be returning!

Such a lovely experience from start to finish, from herbal tea at start, warm bed, soft towels, warmth & scents. I had Gua Sha Luminous Lift Facial which was so relaxing, which included neck massage & shoulder which was amazing. Alaine is such a lovely lady, such a calming studio & when finished I was given another herbal tea, and time to get ready slowly at the end, everything was so just relaxed & was no rush, and was given herbal bath salts too. I throughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Thanks Alaine

Another amazing treatment today from Alaine, the facial was like nothing I’ve ever had before! Such a sensory experience and loads of massage, which is my favourite part. I also went for the back facial, or bacacial as my daughter tells me it’s called that.

Had the most relaxing ☺️ back neck shoulder and scalp massage was so relaxing I didn’t want it to end . So much time is put into the massages neva rushed just nice and chilled out lovely drink and biscuit at the end to help come round from feeling so chilled would highly recommend you get booked 😊😊

Kim was very welcoming and friendly. We went through some questions and she explained in detail what she would be doing. Well where do I begin? I am a massage-sensitive person, who knows that massage is good, but oh it hurts. I decided to give a lymphatic drainage a go, as someone told me I retain fluid. I have went to BRA and omg, I have not only been met by a sweetest team.. I have left, or should I say - flew out, feeling like a feather, light on my feet and fresh. The whole experience felt like a meditation. Kim is a magician, I didn’t feel any pain, she talked me through it, I was in total zen. I am coming back & bringing lots of people here!!! Wow ! Cannot recommend Kim enough! Had two lymphatic draining massages with her and I'm so impressed with how my body has responded, initially I came to Kim as wanted an overall 'snatched' feeling but this massage comes with other added health benefits which I'm so grateful for. Highly recommend.
